Purpose

To consider approving resource and spend
approval and to commence a procurement exercise for capital works
at Milton Keynes Central Library.

Content

1.        
That the resource allocation and spend approval of
£0.150m in the 2024/25 Capital Programme, and £3.450m
in the 2025/26 Capital Programme, be approved.

2.         That the
commencement of a procurement exercise for the capital works at the
Milton Keynes Central Library, be approved.

3.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Environment to award the
contract to a single supplier, as outlined in paragraph 2.3, for a value up to the approved resource
allocation.
