Purpose

To consider approving a 2.2% increase to
operator and vehicle fees for 2025/26.

Content

1.        
That vehicle
and operator associated fees and charges, as set out in the
Regulatory Committee
report dated 11 December 2024 (Annex A) take effect from 1 April 2025 under
Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act
1976.

2.         That
driver associated fees and charges, as set out in the
Regulatory Committee
report dated 11 December 2024 (Annex A) take effect from 1 April 2025 under
Section 53 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act
1976.
