RESOLVED

1)       
That the Committee noted the
government’s proposals and the consultation from 18 December
2024 to 26 February 2025.
2)       
That the Committee endorsed
that MKCC Councillors, Parish Town and Community Councils and other
stakeholders in Milton Keynes be encouraged to respond to the
consultation and asked the Director of Law and Governance to bring
it to their attention.
