Purpose

To consider approving the commencement of a
procurement exercise for an ad hoc security contractor.

Content

1.         That the
programme of works, as set out in the Milton Keynes Local
Development Scheme (LDS), attached as an Annex to the report, be
approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and Placemaking
to make minor typographical corrections to the LDS prior to its
publication by 6 March 2025.

3.         That
appropriate weight be given to the draft (regulation 18) MK City
Plan 2050, in accordance with paragraph 49 of the National Planning
Policy Framework, when determining relevant
planning applications.
