RESOLVED
–

1.    
That the current award of
£400 for 25 years continuous service be continued at
present.

2.    
That the award should not be
index linked and the Terms and Conditions handbook be updated to
reflect the removal of this wording.

3.    
That the Terms and Conditions
handbook be updated to include the wording “This scheme and
its application will be subject to monitoring and review by the
Chief Executive and the Chief People Officer”, and then be
approved by the Joint Negotiating Committee.

4.    
That the Long Service Awards be
reviewed in one year with further discussion at a future meeting
regarding alternatives to the awards.
