RESOLVED
–
That the
Partnership notes:
1.         The
implications of future population growth and population ageing for
the diseases that contribute most to ill health in Milton Keynes,
and the likely impacts on local healthcare use.
2.         That
meeting the healthcare needs of the growing and ageing population
will likely require a combination of effective preventative
strategies to reduce the burden of ill health, healthcare system
transformation to increase efficiency, and additional investment in
healthcare staffing capacity and infrastructure.
