Content

1.         That the
Committee recommends to the Executive that, in accordance with
Section 65 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act
1976, a variation to the Hackney Carriage Table of Fares, attached
at Annex A, be approved.

2.         That a
5% increase for extra passengers and luggage; damaged or soiled
vehicle; and Tariffs 1 and 2; be agreed.
