1.         That the
Children in Care and Care Experienced Pledges be circulated to all
Councillors.

2.         That
quarterly meetings be held between a Champion from the Panel, a
member of the Children’s Services Leadership Team and
officers to enhance the Champion Model, together with creating an
Action Plan based on key priorities.

3.         That the
Champion Model be shared with the Children’s Services
Leadership Team.
