1.         That the
public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of
Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business
Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider the
exempt Annex to the report.

2.         That the
commencement of a direct award via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework
RM6280, for
the provision of outgoing postal services be approved.

3.         That a
two-year contract for outgoing postal services to a single supplier
(Supplier A) based on the evaluation criteria set out in the report, be
approved.
