Purpose

To consider approving the MKDP Business Plan
2025/27.

Content

1.         That the
public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of
Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business
Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider exempt
Annex B to the report.

2.         That the
updated three-year MKDP business plan, be approved.

3.        
That it be recommend to the MKDP Board that they
extend the current Chair’s term of office for a further two
years, until the end of March 2028.
