Purpose

To consider lowering the age range from 3-7 to
2-7 year olds in order to increase the number of locally available
early years places to continue to fulfil the statutory duty to
provide sufficient early years places.

proposal to change the age range at Downs Barn School from 3 to 7
years to 2 to 7 years be approved.
