Purpose

To consider commencing a procurement exercise
for a new contract for the Corporate Customer Records Management
System.

Content

1.        
That a process be undertaken through the
GCloud 14 framework to contract
with a supplier to provide online access to services for our
residents via a corporate customer records management
system. The term of the contract will be three years plus one.

2.        
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Customer and Community
Services to approve the award
of contract following this process, where the price of the contract comes in at
£1million or below.
