Purpose

To authorise commencement of procurement for
goods and services under local welfare provision, for a 3 year
period.

Content

1.        
That the commencement of a procurement process to
establish a 3-year framework (with the option to extend for further
periods not exceeding 1 year) multiple
supplier Framework to support the delivery aspects of Local Welfare
Provision for the period 2025/28, be approved.

2.        
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Finance and Resources to approve:

(a)       the award and admission of
successful suppliers onto the Framework following the procurement
exercise; and 

(b)       the award of call off
contracts under the Framework.
