Purpose

To consider approving the procurement of
Collection and Enforcement Agents from 10 January 2026, when the
existing contract expires.

Content

1.        
That the commencement of a procurement process to
establish a five-year contract (or other period resulting from the
procurement exercise) for the provision of Collection and
Enforcement Services, be approved.

2.        
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Finance and Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet member, to
approve the procurement approach and final award of
contract.
