Purpose

To consider renewing the
Council’s £5m investment in the National Homelessness
Property Fund 1 (NHPF1), which provides stable, private tenancies
without deposits for those facing homelessness.

Content

1.         That
the rollover of
Milton Keynes City Council's £5m investment in the National
Homelessness Property Fund for a further five years, be
approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Adult Services, in
consultation with the Cabinet member, to make consequential and
minor typographical amendments.
