That the revised Cabinet
Procedure Rules (shown with track changes at Annex A) be
agreed.

That authority be delegated to
the Director of Law and Governance to make minor typographical or
presentation amendments to Cabinet Procedure Rules, in consultation
with the Leader of the Council.
