RESOLVED:

1.      That the schedule of
Polling Districts and Places (including proposed revisions) at
Annex A of the report be approved for formal public
consultation.

2.      That the timetable for the
Polling District and Places review (as set out in section 7 of the
report), be noted.

3.      That the Notice of Review
(Annex B of the report) and Terms of Reference (Annex C of the
report) be noted.
