RESOLVED:
1)    
That Cabinet:

a)     
endorsed the Executive Scrutiny Protocol at Annex A
to the report; and

b)    
recommended to Council to adopt the Protocol as an
Annex to the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure rules in the
Constitution.
2)    
That authority be delegated to the Director of Law
and Governance, in consultation with the Leader of the Council to
make minor typographical or consequential amendments prior to the
document being referred to full Council.
