RESOLVED:
1.            
That the Final recommendations
set out in Annex A of the report be approved.
2.            
That the summary of
consultation responses set out in Annex B of the report be
noted.
3.            
That authority be delegated to
the Director of Law and Governance to make final arrangements for
the reorganisation order to be submitted, based on the final
recommendations, and in accordance with Section 86 LG&PHIA
2007.
