Purpose

To consider adopting the HMO Licensing, Fees
and Charges and Civil Penalty policies.

Content

1.         That the
Housing in Multiple Occupation Licensing, Fees and Charges and
Civil Penalty policies be adopted.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Customer and Community
Services, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing, to
make minor or consequential amendments in response to legislative
changes or charging prior to the review period of three
years.
