RESOLVED:
1.1       
That the public and press be
excluded from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information
relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of
any particular person including the Authority holding
that information) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government
Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider the exempt Annex B
to this item.
1.2       
That the updated MKDP Business
Plan for 2024 to 2027 period be agreed.
1.3       
That approval be granted to the
Director of Finance and Resources (S151 Officer) to finalise the
terms of the revolving credit facility for £15m up to a 10
year period, available to MKDP on commercial terms, to enable the
updated business plan to be delivered.
