Purpose

To consider approving the re-procurement of
bus route 33/X3, which connects Milton Keynes and Northampton, and
is fully funded between each authority.

Content

1.         That the
commencement of a tender exercise to replace the 33/X33 bus
contract be approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Property and Environment,
in consultation with the Cabinet member for Public Realm, to award
the 33/X33 bus route replacement.
