Purpose

To consider a review of the existing policy
for applying discounts and premiums for Council Tax on empty
properties and second homes.

Content

1.         That the
reviewed Empty and Second Homes Policy, attached as an Annex to the
report, be approved

2.         That the
Policy be reviewed every three years from the effective date unless
changes to legislation or local policies or other events occur that
require an earlier review.
