ACTIONS:

1.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to ask officers to confirm what actions the Council has
taken with regard to claiming Surface
Water Development Contributions and to provide this information to
Councillor Carr and other members.

2.            
Councillor
Mahendran undertook to ask officers if all planning applications,
which are related to a current live application, could be
prioritised when uploading remaining documents to the planning
portal.

3.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
undertook to ask officers to conduct a safety assessment for
Shenley Wood Campus of Oxley Park Academy

4.            
Councillor Wilson-Marklew
agreed to arrange a visit to Woburn Sounds with Councillor D
Hopkins to review highways matters there.

Councillor
Wilson-Marklew undertook to discuss the proposal to incorporate
some of the remaining brown and cream street nameplates in the MK
New Towns Heritage Register with Councillor Mahendran.
