Purpose

To consider approving the award of contracts
for residential electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Content

1.         That the
public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of
Paragraph 3 (Information likely to Reveal the Financial or Business
Affairs of the Authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972, when the meeting considers exempt Annexes to
the report.

2.         That,
following completion of the tender process for Residential Electric
Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, the Award of the Contract for lots
3 and 4 to the most advantageous bidder, be agreed.

3.         That, following the
retendering of the remaining two lots (lots 1 and 2) for
Residential Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, authority to
Award the Contract for lots 1 and 2 to the most advantageous
bidder, be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property
and Assistant Director of Finance.
