RESOLVED -
1.     
That the Public Sector
Internal Audit Standards be noted.
2.     
That the
Committee:

a) reviewed and provided input
to the proposed Internal Audit Plan at Annex A; and

b) endorsed the Audit Charter
at Annex B.
