RESOLVED –

1.     
That the responses to the
Audit Committee recommendations be noted.

2.     
That the Director of
Environment and Property be requested to provide a list of sites
within Milton Keynes that had been identified as at risk of an
adverse possession claim.

3.     
That the Director of Law and
Governance be requested to clarify whether an adverse possession
claim was being prevented on land held by MKPT at Watling
Street.

4.     
That the Director of Law and
Governance be requested to provide assurances that land agents were
undertaking and appropriately reporting the annual inspections of
Council assets.
