That the
following be added to the Committee’s draft 2024/25 Work
Programme:

a)            
That scrutiny of how the
headroom in the Housing Revenue Account affects ability to borrow
the necessary funding to build more social housing, and whether
there are any measures that can be taken to improve
this.
b)           
That consideration be given to
removing the meeting provisionally set for 13 November 2024 from
the schedule and confirming the meeting provisionally set for 18
December as definite.
