1.            
That the Assistant Director of
Property be thanked for her attendance at the meeting, her very
informative and interesting presntation and her contribution to the
Committee’s scrutiny of this subject.

2.            
That the Committee welcomed the
progress being made to create a joined-up strategy that was of
benefit to both the Council and the residents of Milton
Keynes.

3.            
That when the Council has
decided that the most appropriate use of a residential asset is
disposal, it uses its best endeavours to ensure that as wide a
group as possible have the opportunity to purchase the property,
whilst maintaining its duty to achieve the maximum economic amount
for said property.

4.            
That during preparation of the Corporate Property
Strategy document, consideration be given to including a
methodology for assessing the social value of an asset to the
residents of Milton Keynes as well as its economic value to the
Council.
5.            
That scrutiny by the most appropriate Committee of
the upgrade plans for the Crematorium be added to the 2024/25
Scrutiny Work Programme.
