Content

1.        
That all Milton Keynes City Council (the Council)
adopted highway streets (attached at Annex A to the report) be
designated as Consent Streets (unless they are prohibited or
exempted).  

2.         That Fen
Street in Brooklands and Mortimer Park off Calverton Road in Stony
Stratford, be designated as Prohibited Streets.

3.        
That Drew Court, off Watling Street in Bletchley, be
altered in designation from a Prohibited Street to a Consent
Street.

4.         That
these designations be implemented via a further ‘Public
Notice’ to be published in a local newspaper, detailing an
amended Street Trading resolution and schedules.

5.         That a
further consultation be undertaken and a notice of
intention to pass a draft resolution be published, to designate
Montague Crescent in Brooklands as a Prohibited Street and to
redesignate Olney Road and High Street in Emberton, from Prohibited
Streets to Consent Streets.

6.         That the
results of the consultation be brought back to a future meeting of
the Committee.
