Purpose

To consider awarding the contract for the
Sensory Loss Service

Content

1.1 That the public and press be excluded from the meeting
by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or
Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1792, in order that the meeting may consider
the Confidential Annexure A of the report.
1.2 That permission is granted to award the contract for
the Sensory Support Service to the bidder with the highest MEAT
score (Exempt Annex attached). The contract term will be four
years, with a two year optional extension, subject to
performance.
