1.            
That Councillor
Wilson-Marklew, The Director of Environment and Property, the
Assistant Director Environment and Waste Management, the Assistant
Director Finance and the Senior Finance Manager be thanked for
their attendance at the meeting and their contributions to the
Committee’s scrutiny of the draft 2024/25 budget
proposals.

2.            
That recommendations in relation to specific items
in the 2024/25 Draft Budget be included in the Committee’s
January report which will be presented to Cabinet on
6 February 2024.

3.            
That further editing
of the Committee’s report to Cabinet on its work to
scrutinise the draft 2024/25 budget proposals be delegated to the
Committee’s Planning Group.
4.            
That if there are
significant changes to the 2024/25 draft budget proposals presented
to Cabinet on 6 February consideration be given to an additional
meeting of the Committee before full Council meets to agree the
budget on 21 February 2024.
