RESOLVED –

1)    
That the Risk Management Strategy (Annex A) 2023, be agreed.

2)    
That the recommended approach for monitoring risks on the Strategic
Risk Register (Annex B), be endorsed.

3)    
That the Committee agreed for the following risk areas to be
considered at the initial meetings of the working groups:
a)    
Safeguarding and caring for Children and Adults; and
b)    
Effective Financial and Contract Management Governance
Controls.
