1.    
That the Committee welcomed the progress made so far
to deliver the current Council Plan.

2.    
That consideration be given to changing the heading
of column 3 in the update table from “Summary of Our
Achievements to Date” to “Summary of Progress Against
Actions to Date” and that consideration be given to including
a RAG rating against each item.

3.    
That a list of the queries raised by committee
members be submitted to the Deputy Chief Executive for a written
response.

4.    
That the Deputy Chief Executive be asked to convey
the Committee’s thanks to all the staff involved in the
recent, and very successful, roll out of the new waste collection
contract.
