In the interests of transparency, Councillor Crooks asked
the Committee to note that if the MK University project was
discussed as part of Item 7 on the agenda, he had been researching
the subject.
He also advised that, in relation to agenda Items 9 and 11b
as he was a magistrate, he would take no part in the discussion or any
decision making.
