That an update report on the progress of this work
be brought back to the Committee at a suitable time during
2024/25.

2.    
That the Annual Monitoring Report be extended to
show the level of affordable housing achieved on applications for
which affordable housing is required, and the number of homes built
where affordable housing is not a requirement.
