Content
1.
That a clear process for tracking and monitoring
complaints by tenants about either the need for repairs and
maintenance services and work, or the quality of work once carried
out, be developed for inclusion in the new contract and that this
is communicated to tenants.
2.
That ways to improve the response by tenants to
consultations be explored, including the possible use of social
media on this and other consultations and looking at best practice
from other local authorities.
3.
That a clear procurement strategy be included in the
Delegated Decision on Housing Repairs and Maintenance
Recommissioning scheduled to be taken in January 2024.
