1.1 That contract variations to increase the
value of three separate NHS provider contracts, commissioned by
Public Health, at a total cost of £142,379 for 2023/24, be
approved.
1.2 That authority be delegated to the
Director of Public Health to authorise future contract variations
to increase the annual contract values of the three NHS provider
services to cover the AfC pay
settlements until the current contracts expire and where budgets
allow. This delegation is subject to such variations being
compliant with procurement law.
