Purpose

To consider approving a short extension to the
Highways, Street Lighting and Network Infrastructure Contract in
line with the Contract Procurement Regulations.

Content

1.         That the
current Highways, Street Lighting and Network Infrastructure
Contract (CU2276A) with Ringway Infrastructure Services Ltd be
extended by a further period of up to five months from 1 April
2024.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Environment and Property,
to determine the exact operational end date of the existing
contract within the permitted extension period including the
ability to authorise further extensions subject to the maximum
extension period stated at (1.) above.
