RESOLVED –
1.    
That the recruitment
process for a third Independent Member of the Committee remain open
for applications;
2.    
That the Senior
Governance Officer circulate the role specification for
consideration by members of the Committee; and
3.    
That the Committee
consider if there are more proactive methods for identifying a
suitable candidate.
