RESOLVED –

1.     
That the Audit Committee reviewed, commented on, and agreed the
arrangements that make up the controls and governance framework of
the Council during 2022-23, as documented within the draft Annual
Governance Statement; and
 

2.     
That in future years, the Draft Code of Corporate Governance be
referred to the Audit Committee planning group prior to
publication.
