RESLVED –

1.            
That the Group Head of Finance be thanked for her
presentation explaining the different parts of draft budget papers,
what they contain and how to understand them.

2.            
That given the usefulness of the presentation
slides, the Committee’s Scrutiny Officer be asked to
re-circulate them to the Committee as an aide memoir once
work on the 2024/25 draft budget proposals starts.
