RESOLVED –

1.            
That the Finance Team be thanked for their
presentations updating the Committee on the Council’s Medium
Term Financial position.

2.            
That the Committee notes that the full report will
be approved by Delegated Decision on 19 September 2023.

3.            
That the Committee’s Planning Group considers
how regular scrutiny of the financial implications of the
Council’s plans to be carbon neutral by 2030 can be included
in future Work Programmes.

4.            
That the Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Management
Committee be asked to remind the other scrutiny committees to also
consider regular scrutiny of the progress of the relevant service
initiatives to deliver carbon neutrality for Milton Keynes by
2030.
