1.1 That the current Pilot to be extended from
October 2023 to March 2024.
1.2 That to call-off and award a contract for
the delivery of a medication management service with one service
provider, from the Home Care DPS for maximum period of three years,
from April 2024, subject to continued funding, be approved.
1.3 That the Council enter into a service
level agreement with CNWL, which shall cover: (a) the current pilot
the Council commissioned for a domiciliary care provider to deliver
medication support to an identified cohort of patients identified
by CNWL; and (b) the call-off contract to commence in April
2024.
