Haversham-cum-Little Linford Neighbourhood Plan (subject to the
Referendum being held on 20 July 2023).

Content

1.1 That Council be recommended to make the
Haversham-cum-Little Linford Neighbourhood Plan pursuant to the
provisions of Section 38(A)(4) of the Planning and Compulsory
Purchase Act 2004.
