Content

1.1            
That the public and
press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of paragraph 3
(Information Relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the
Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972, in order that the meeting consider the exempt Annex to
the report.

1.2            
That the award of the
contract to the successful tenderer (identified and ranked number 1
in the exempt Annex) for the delivery and development of a
Direct Payment Support Service in Milton Keynes, following a competitive tendering
process, be approved. 

1.3            
That the contract be
awarded for a period of a three year term with an option to extend
for a further two years.
