Content

1.         That the
relocation of the Family Assessment and Support Team (FAST) plus
other related services to Warwick Road Activity Centre be
approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director - Environment and Property,
in consultation with the Director - Finance and Resources, to
procure and let contracts for the refurbishment of the former
Warwick Road Activity Centre at a cost of around £450,000,
which is to be funded from the property reserve.

3.         That the
property known as Jonathans in Coffee
Hall, currently used by FAST, be a surplus asset and future use
will be considered within the wider Woughton and Fishermead
project (Council Plan item 24).
