Content

1.         That the
public and press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of
Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the Financial or Business
Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972, in order that the meeting may consider the
exempt Annex to the report.

2.         That the
Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) business plan for 2023
to 2027 be approved.

3.         That the
new loan facility (set out in paragraph 2.2 to the report) be
approved.

4.         That
authority be delegated to the Director - Finance and Resources
(s151 Officer) and Director - Law and Governance to finalise
relevant loan agreement with MKDP.
