Purpose

To consider approving the appointment of a
Development Partner to design and deliver a proposal at Tickford
Fields.

Content

1. That the public and press be excluded
from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to
the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the
meeting may consider the exempt Annex to the report.
2. That, subject to the decision at 4.
below, the disposal of the site under title number BM47547 (known
as Tickford Fields Farm), be approved.
3. That the Development Agreement be
awarded to the successful tenderer as identified in the exempt
Annex, for the amount detailed within the exempt Annex. The
proposed amount is within the expected range for the project to
proceed.
4. That authority be delegated to the
Director of Environment and Property, in consultation with the
Cabinet member for Resources and the Directors for Finance and
Resources and Law and Governance, to agree the final Development
Agreement that aligns with the successful tender
submission.
