That, in accordance with the Local Government and
Housing Act 1989 and the Local Government (Committees and Political
Groups) Regulations 1990, the Council note that the Conservative
Group is entitled to 30.16% of the seats on the Council’s
Committees, the Labour Group is entitled to 43.65% of the seats and
the Liberal Democrat Group is entitled to 26.19% of the
seats on the Council.
